CRG Reveals Survey Data on Phytoceramides Collagen Supplements Benefits

Consumer Research Group, a consumer products review company released this week some important findings about an online survey they conducted regarding consumer satisfaction with Phytoceramides.

Calabasas, CA -- (SBWire) -- 09/15/2014 --Science is not only changing the face of technology, but is also helping to change the face of humanity itself. As scientists gain more sophisticated understanding of the processes that take place within the body, human beings can begin to control those processes, the most important of which is aging.

Recent studies at Osaka City University have revealed that phytoceramides may hold the key to visible aging, performing an essential role in keeping skin young and healthy. But until now, no consumer survey was done on how the phytoceramides benefited the average consumer.

Consumer Research Group, a consumer products review company released this week some important findings about an online survey they conducted regarding consumer satisfaction with Phytoceramides.

The survey included around 60 participants between the ages of 45 and 70 who had used Phytoceramides as an anti aging solution. Among the various brands and products reviewed were Skinception Phyto350, Revitol Phytoceramides, Life extension, lipowheat based, rice based ceramides,Healing Oasis, Tru renewal, Deva vegan etc.

Among the key findings were:

- Participants who used phytoceramides along with DNA repair products or a Hyaluronic acid and matrixyl based anti aging cream experienced the most positive results

- Participants who used phytoceramides along with multi-vitamins experienced the next best results

- Participants who used phytoceramides alone also witnessed positive results but not as much as the other two groups

- Average time to notice visible changes in wrinkles was about 2.5 weeks

According to Craig Hunt, chief product reviewer at Consumer Research Group

-"While our sample size is quite small, and the survey procedure might not be entirely objective, the findings are significant nonetheless. These phytoceramides featured on TV shows and recommended by plastic surgeons can really fake a facelift. These ceramides have the potential to fill in the gaps left by the body's processes slowing down, control free radicals damage, get rid of the old, dead layers of skin and help the skin generate fresh new ones. But the key is to choose the products that contain the highest and purest quality ingredients, since they're not all the same."

Craig states that the participants were told to document their experience on how the product performed each week on a scale of 1-10 regarding the following criteria:

- natural skin moisturization
- skin plumpness
- wrinkles and fine lines removal
- dark circles removal
- overall rejuvenation of face
- overall youthfulness of skin
- How close the participants think the results were to a facelift

Craig states that the data on ceramides benefits is exciting and proves they're the most natural way to boost collagen and can be perfect, low-cost Botox alternative. Getting a non surgical natural facelift in a bottle is possible and the results are long-lasting. However, people with gluten sensitivity should be wary of side effects.
