Brooks Brothers and One Million Degrees Suit Up Low-Income Community College Students for Success
Guests Will Save Big on Brooks Brothers Clothing While Supporting a Great Cause
Chicago, IL -- (SBWire) -- 11/19/2014 --One Million Degrees (OMD) announces its fifth annual Suited for Success, a ground-breaking event designed to provide high-quality, interview-worthy clothing to low-income, highly motivated community college students who will soon be entering the professional world.
Brooks Brothers, America’s oldest retailer will host a shopping event in support of One Million Degrees and its Suited for Success program. Brooks Brothers, a longtime supporter of One Million Degrees, once again will generously be providing new business apparel to 110 OMD Scholars in addition to facilitating wardrobe workshops for scholars around dressing for success and caring for professional clothing.

The event will be held at the Brooks Brothers store at The Rookery on Tuesday, December 9th from 5pm – 8pm. Brooks Brothers will be offering complimentary cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, and guests can enjoy a 15% savings on Brooks Brothers purchases made during the event. 10% of the evening’s net sales will be donated to One Million Degrees.
In conjunction with the Suited for Success event, a program featuring Brooks Brothers leadership, OMD Leadership, and OMD Scholars will begin at 6pm. OMD Scholars and Alumni will share with guests how the generosity of Brooks Brothers has impacted them on their paths to the professional world.
