Australian Company Coops and Cages Admitted Wishing to Gain an Award Too
Several entities were able to strengthen their business prospects, thanks to awards garnered in the past, and now, Coops and Cages is saying that it secretly hopes to be recognised too.
Carlton, VIC -- (SBWire) -- 12/05/2014 --In the business industry, awards are valued since these are considered free advertising for its winners. But apart from the free campaign, awards can give any business credibility, which could help them gain more audience, always considered good for increasing profits. That is why big or small, being in the list of possible awardees is considered a positive news for any entity. In the pet industry, one of the top executives of Coops and Cages, a pet housing business, admitted that he would love their business to be recognised too though such awards.
Aside from exposure, what are the other things that could be running through the minds of the winners? This November 4, the Better Business Bureau gave the Torch Award for the Small Business Category to PetFirst Pet Insurance. This was specifically open to local businesses and non-profit organizations thatare servicing the Louisville, Southern Indiana and Western Kentucky areas. For Kelly Grant, CEO of PetFirst, the award was not only a reflection of the company as a whole, but shows the individual input of every single employee, always choosing to do the right thing as expected of them.
In the UK, Petplan may have been dubbed as the number one pet insurance provider because of the several awards won in the past years, and consistently at that too. In 2008, this won the Your Dog Best Insurance and the Your Cat Best Insurance awards. Since then, no year followed without the company at least gaining one recognition. Its latest award, the Customer Care Initiative of the Year this May, won by its Allianz' Animal Health Claims department, gave the company credit for its use of technology in communicating with its customers.
While awards are considered more beneficial for the winners, the Five Paw Award of Holydaying with Dogs, is considered more of a valuable resource for people who plan to take their canine pals on a trip. This is given to hotel accommodations that provide owners the extra comfort that their dogs will be considered special guests too.
Among the awards being given out in the pet industry, which of these is your dream award? Jordan Walker, Coops and Cages marketing manager, chuckled at the question and responded, "We're not being choosy at the moment. We would consider any award for the company as an honor. As long as this is going to showcase our business for better exposure, or as a way to recognise our efforts in delivering quality service to our customers, then an award will be always welcome."
