Philadelphia, PA -- (SBWire) -- 05/19/2015 --In a celebration of Italian culture and heritage in the heart of South Philadelphia, Metrospect is proud to produce and present the La Festa Della Repubblica (Italian National Day) on Sunday, June 7, 2015. Located on East Passyunk Avenue from Broad to Moore Street, the event will take place rain or shine from 11 am to 7 pm.

Metrospect has put together a variety of vendors and sponsors that will showcase their products and services to thousands of attendees. Hosted by Anthony Gargano of 97.5 The Fanatic, La Festa will include The Spaghetti Bowl, children's games, crafts, two bars serving alcoholic beverages, a beer truck, and Philadelphia's finest Italian food. The food will include food trucks such as Philly fry Truck, Jerry's Kitchen, Farm Truck Philly, Pbons, and more.

Relied on for their event production in Philadelphia, Metrospect and Filitalia International & Foundation are presenting music and sounds courtesy of DJ Johnny Looch and Nice & Easy "From Sinatra to Soul." Guests will be treated to a live performance by singer and songwriter Francesca Prestia Napolitana, coming direct from Italy.

In this year's event, there will be an unveiling of "Remembering A Loved One Tile Campaign" at 1834 E. Passyunk Avenue in front of The History of Italian Immigration Museum.
