At Least 66% of People Feel Exhausted at Work – Is Better Recruitment the Answer?
London, UK -- (SBWire) -- 09/22/2015 --A recent report used by CareerBuilder has found that 66% of people surveyed sometimes feel so tired as a result of their job that they find functioning properly difficult. This implies the operations of many workplaces may be adversely affected – and therefore current levels of output may not be at their optimum. It also suggests that a number of people may be ill-suited to their current job roles, as tiredness is potentially indicative of the individual being put under excessive pressure and strain. If a person is in a job suited for them, this should not be happening.
Every person deserves to feel valued and appreciated in their place of work. The issue of employees becoming tired and even exhausted by their job role is something requiring address and this can start at the earliest stage – recruitment. The more effective the recruitment process, the more likely that the individual will find themselves in a job role they can not only exercise their skills within, but enjoy.
A prime example of a recruitment to recruitment agency which prides placing skilled individuals into roles where they can flourish is GSR2R. Working from a strong London base, they are connected with a variety of industries and are frequent commentators on industry news.
A spokesperson had this to say:
"The statistic highlighting that the majority of people in the study felt exhausted by their job is highly worrying and must be addressed. It is important that every person is in a position in employment, where they feel capable of exercising their talents without feeling overburdened. Quality recruitment helps to establish this relationship, and that is something we strive to provide with our services at GSR2R."
