Getting on with the Boss Is a Key Aim for a Third of People: GSR2R Comments
London, UK -- (SBWire) -- 10/20/2015 --According to research carried out by networking company Approved Index, up to a third of people rate a good working relationship with their boss as a primary aim for within the working environment. This result was achieved in the form of a survey involving 40 different industries and 1400 employees. It suggests that positive workplace dynamics are highly valued by employees; and this is something which can be better-provided through quality recruitment.
When an employee is well-suited to their role of work yet also willing to learn, this allows for a positive relationship with their boss. Unfortunately, a number of people leave work every year due to a poor relationship or tension with their employer. The statistics cited therefore show how important it is to promote positive working relationships – and this is something which can start in the recruitment phase. When an employer has an effective recruitment process in place, this allows for staff to be selected who suit the requirements of the company and feel fulfilled also, therefore much less likely to lead to tension.
Many recruitment companies have been keen to reflect on the news, including GSR2R – an agency with extensive experience and a strong London base.
They are frequent commentators on industry news and a spokesperson had this to say:
"We care about promoting positive working environments here at GSR2R. That is why a strong recruitment process is vital, so companies can acquire staff who feel suited to their working environments. This means employers are satisfied and workers too, which can allow for a much more positive working-space all-round. It is most unfortunate that some people have been in a position where they feel they cannot work with their employer, and hence why we want to focus on highly effective recruitment."
