The Continental Group (TCG) Employees Spread Joy to Children During the Holidays
Dade and Broward Offices Donate to Toy Drives that help Children in Need
Miami, FL -- (SBWire) -- 12/15/2010 -- In the spirit of the holidays, employees from the Broward and Dade offices of the Continental Group are joining together to put smiles on the faces of children throughout the South Florida region.
The Broward TCG office will be working with two nonprofit organizations, “Toys for Tots” and the “I Have a Dream Foundation”. Employees of the Broward office will be collecting children’s toys, donating the first 120 toys to the “I Have a Dream Foundation” and every additional donation to “Toys for Tots”. “It’s great to know that you can make a difference for these children during the holidays. Our employees are always thrilled to be involved in such a great cause.” said Andi Escue, Director of Client Relations for the Broward office.
The Dade TCG office is also making a difference this holiday season, sponsoring their 4th consecutive “Voices for the Children” toy drive. This year, the drive will provide holiday gifts for an entire agency of 500 children who are in the foster care system. “We are proud to continue our relationship with Voices for the Children. Our Continental and our employee efforts will provide these children the gifts that will bring about a smile.” said Hector Vargas, Senior VP for the Dade office.
TCG CEO, Tim O’Keefe has all TCG offices throughout the state of Florida involved with children’s charities for the Holiday season. “The essence of the season is making sure that every child can enjoy the holidays and I encourage all corporations to help make this possible in their local communities.”

We empower children in low-income communities to achieve higher education by providing them with guaranteed tuition support and equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and habits they need to gain entry to higher education and succeed in college and beyond. By helping our Dreamers gain access to college, we are putting them on a different academic and life trajectory, while having a broader impact on the students' families and the generations that follow.
