North Wales House Prices Soar
London, England -- (SBWire) -- 05/25/2016 --North Wales is experiencing a boom in property prices, witnessing an increase of almost 10% in the last year. 2007 saw record figures with the average house price spiking at £152, 061. Since then figures have been steadily rising with a dip in 2012 after prices fell through.
New housing and economic developments are reported to have impacted on prices in North Wales. Plans for a new development in Anglesey are expected to be approved which would see the instalment of a £150 million pounds leisure complex, likened to Centre Parks with additional developments in Holyhead to erect 1,100 new homes and lodges.
The economic developments have no doubt played a part in growing confidence in the area and are reflected in the house price increase.
A spokesperson for Home Removals London commented "It is great to see Wales developing at such a rate; it's a stunning place and has so much to offer prospective home owners. More developments are currently in the planning phase and will bring a much needed boost to the economy."
