Mike Young, SGIA Fellows and Member of ASPT, Unveils Grafica’s Nano-Print Plus at Screen Print India in Mumbai

Vasai East, Maharashtra -- (SBWire) -- 01/06/2011 -- Grafica’s Nano-Print plus, an ergonomically designed low cost high quality semi automatic screen printing machine with an unusual look was unveiled by Mike Young, SGIA fellows and member of ASPT, USA, at Screen Print India 2010 Exhibition recently. Michael Robertson, President & CEO, SGIA, USA and other delegates from various national & international industry associations were also present at the ceremony.

Besides incorporating all the salient features of Grafica’s Nano-Print, launched a year ago, Grafica’s Nano-Print plus has adjustable screen frame holder, variable printing stroke length, single/double stroke selection, digital stroke counter, parallel screen frame movement which is convenient for spot UV varnish and low viscosity inks to avoid ink overflow and spillage.

Optionally there are two other features available, that is, peel off mechanism to achieve fine reproduction of halftone dots and avoid smudging, bleeding and smearing; and vacuum by foot to register on curly and unstable paper/substrates accurately and easily.

Also, this easy to operate machine will drive away most of the work hazards involved in manual screen printing operations.

Based on the company’s success of launching Nano-Print a low cost high quality semi automatic screen printing, a year ago and customers' feedback, Grafica's design team had closely evaluated the market needs.
