ImageFIRST New York and New Jersey Give Back to Community
Pittsburgh, PA -- (SBWire) -- 12/29/2016 --As part of their regular community giving initiatives, the teams at ImageFIRST New York and New Jersey partnered with Pocono Health Medical this November to donate blankets, wash cloths, towels and pillowcases to the Homeless Shelter at Stroudsburg Wesleyan Church in East Stroudsburg, PA. As a provider of medical scrubs and uniforms in Johnstown, PA (and areas across the nation), ImageFIRST puts community giving at the heart of its purpose and participates in quarterly giving activities.
The ImageFIRST purpose is to "build a great company by positively impacting the lives of our associates, our community, our customers and their patients." The company embeds community giving into its regular operations, with each location committing to one community giving event per quarter. ImageFIRST associates have donated time and money to charities such as March of Dimes, Habitat for Humanity and the Ronald McDonald House Charities. In addition to quarterly events, ImageFIRST hosts an Annual Community Giving Day during which all locations participate in local charitable activities.
ImageFIRST New York and New Jersey participated in additional giving initiatives this quarter. Associates helped their client Summit Medical with their annual coat drive for a local pantry. After the coats were collected, ImageFIRST associates picked them up, had them cleaned and returned them individually wrapped and on hangers. The ImageFIRST New York and New Jersey teams also worked with another client to donate 15 comforters for the Celebrating our Veterans organization.
ImageFIRST, provider of patient gowns, healthcare linen, scrubs and medical uniforms in Johnstown, PA, and across the nation, is dedicated to being involved in the community. Learn more about their regular community giving events at http://pittsburgh.imagefirst.com/.
