Wine Safari Returns to Elmwood Park Zoo This August

Norristown, PA -- (SBWire) -- 07/18/2017 --The Wine Safari event is returning to Elmwood Park Zoo on Friday, August 4, 2017. This event is a unique summer fundraiser, in which guests of the safari will have the ability to sample and enjoy dozens of wines from the area's top vineyards and wineries. People can do this all while touring the zoo and experiencing exciting encounters with beautiful and exotic animals. For a fun event location as well as a unique wedding venue in Chester County, PA, and the surrounding areas, people are encouraged to turn to Elmwood Park Zoo.

This year, the event's participating wineries and vineyards will include Paradocx Vineyard, Chaddsford Winery, Penns Woods Winery, Cardinal Hollow, A'Dello, and Stone & Key Cellars. The wine sampling portion of the event will take place from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Special food pairings will also be available to sample at this time. From 8 p.m. until 10 p.m., guests of the event will be able to purchase full bottles of wine directly from the vineyards as well as food from an expanded menu.

The Wine Safari event will also feature live animal encounters and a special giraffe feeding session. Tickets for this event are $75 per person.
