Daimer's new 3050CVGP Gum Exterminator systems offer non-U.S. cleaning pros high-performance as well as sanitizing and gum removal technology.

Woburn, MA -- (SBWire) -- 04/05/2011 -- Daimer Industries®, a recognized provider of sanitizing systems worldwide, is now offering a midrange version of its 50 Hz sterilizing gum removal machine line. The new 3050CVGP adds more power and capacity to Daimer®'s CVGP class of Gum Exterminator® chewing gum removers.

Sanitizing Steam Cleaner Systems that Offer Gum Removal

The new 3050CVGP Gum Exterminator® gum remover equipment is rated at 6.6 bar of pressure, 165°C of steam temperature. Each machine includes a 2 liter detergent chamber and an aggregate fluid capacity (auto-refill plus boiler) of 9 liters.

The gum removal steam cleaner systems incorporate an industrial-grade extraction system consisting of: a vacuum, water and HEPA filtering units and a 14 liter chamber for extracted waste.

Each of the gum removal machines is outfitted with a Daimer® Gum-Exterminator® attachment that offers steel abrasion, squeegee and suction, and an earth friendly chewing gum removal chemical concentrate. This biodegradable solvent dilutes to make around 85 liters of finished formula.

The system also comes equipped with a boiler-based anti-microbe technology called Advanced Thermal Ionic Sanitization™. This technology is EPA-compliant and eradicates infectious microorganisms.

The systems are available in 50 Hz configurations and can be shipped to most countries. Minimal orders may apply.
