Woburn, MA -- (SBWire) -- 05/06/2011 -- Daimer Industries®, established internationally as a supplier of antimicrobial systems, has shipped a high-end version of its popular 50 Hz anti-septic gum removal machines. The KleenJet® 5050CVGP offers the most capacity in the CVGP line of Gum Exterminator® gum removing machines.

Advanced Steam Cleaner Machines with Gum Removal

The new 5050CVGP Gum Exterminator® line is rated at 8.3 bar, produces steam as hot as 165°C, and includes 15 liters of water capacity (auto-refill chamber plus boiler unit). The machines also accept a water feed (direct) for non-stop cleaning. For detergent capacity, the machines offer a capacity of 10 liters.

Each of these gum removal steam cleaners incorporates a commercial-strength wet and dry vacuum, HEPA filtration system and 14 liters of storage for extracted waste.

For gum removal, the machines are equipped with the company’s Gum-Exterminator® peripheral that includes a metal abrasion unit, an extraction squeegee and bio friendly gum removal chemicals. The machine includes enough of the biodegradable liquid to create more than 80 liters of gum solvent.

The boiler units integrate an antibacterial system, known as Advanced Thermal Ionic Sanitization™. This EPA-compliant technology kills dangerous bacteria and mold.
