Woburn, MA -- (SBWire) --05/12/2011 --Daimer Industries®, widely-known for its antimicrobial gum removal machines, has unveiled an upgraded version of its popularly priced steam vac cleaner, the KleenJet® 1000CVGP. The machine features added psi and temperature levels.

High Power, Economy Price Steam Vac Cleaner

Daimer®’s KleenJet® 1000 CVGP is a full size institutional steam cleaner with vacuum extractor, filtering units and Daimer®’s proprietary Gum Exterminator® gum removal unit. The 60 Hz steam vac cleaner is based on a 7-liter boiler- and refill-unit that provides for long periods of non-refill cleaning. The boiler is built from hardened steel and warrantied for the machine’s life by Daimer®. With the upgrades, the boiler can now attain temperatures nearing 356ºF. The system can also achieve a peak pressure level of 105 psi, equivalent to the pressure found in pricier machines.

The steam vac cleaner also bundles a complete extraction unit that speeds applications on hard surfaces. The vacuum filtering unit consists of two stages, one for water and another for a HEPA unit. Daimer® has equipped each machine with a full 3-liter detergent tank for dispersing cleaning solutions.

In addition, the 1000CVGP steam vac cleaner sports Daimer®’s custom-engineered Gum Exterminator®, a peripheral unit composed of a special extractor squeegee, an abrasive brush unit and a chemical chewing gum solvent solution. The fluid was recently reformulated in a higher concentration that reduces mixing. Daimer® provides with each machine enough concentrate to make approximately 22 gallons of finished product, more than typical competitors.
