Sylvia’s success in the financial industry is due to her extensive experience among many well established companies. After finishing her degree at UNLV she held a position as Sales Team Manager at Stride and Associates. She then moved on as a Leasing Consultant at Spaulding Capital group. After that experience she became the manager at National Capital Leasing where she created a vender finance division and established NCL as a stand-alone financing source for other manufacturers and dealers.

After working for these reputable financial corporations Sylvia served as President for Conduit Financial Partners, a non-traditional, private lending resource company. Sylvia spent over nine years shaping and growing Conduit into a successful firm.
