The Company Continues Its Dedication to the Cause for the Third Consecutive Year
Raleigh, NC -- (SBWIRE) -- 12/09/2011 -- Fifty local children will have a brighter holiday season this year through TriMark Solutions’ generosity. The Raleigh-based internet marketing company has once again chosen The Salvation Army’s Angel Giving Tree program as this year’s holiday philanthropy. The children, ages 12 and below, will be receiving clothes, toys, and other gifts purchased by TriMark, and donated through The Salvation Army, on Friday, December 9, 2011.
2011 marks the third year in a row that TriMark has donated to the Angel Giving Tree program. The company first sponsored 11 children in 2009 and has continued to be inspired by the cause, opting to sponsor a total of 50 children this year. Employees will be spending the morning of Friday, December 9 purchasing gifts at the Glenwood Avenue WalMart and will ultimately be delivering their donations that afternoon at the JCPenney at Crabtree Valley Mall.
After an outstanding year that landed TriMark Solutions in the coveted Inc. 500, President Randy Goins felt that the company should share even more of that prosperity this holiday season than in years past.
"It really doesn't get any better than this! The Salvation Army Angel Tree Charity Day has become quite possibly the most magical event of our year and this year should be no different,” says Goins. “As our business grows, so has our giving, and being able to provide gifts to less fortunate children during the holiday season is really what it's all about. Our loyal clients, who have worked with us for years, as well as the new clients we've gained the business of this year are truly who make this event possible for TriMark!” Goins continues.
TriMark encourages others in the Raleigh community to donate what they can to this cause. Gifts can be donated until December 9, which ensures that all gifts have time to reach their respective recipients before the holidays. Donations can be dropped off at any local JCPenney retail store or directly to the Salvation Army of Wake County’s Toy Shop Warehouse, located at 2116-D New Bern Avenue in Raleigh.
JCPenney is the corporate sponsor behind this year’s program, and gifts also can be purchased and donated online at http://www.jcp.com/angel.
“We genuinely believe in what the Salvation Army's mission is, and we're blessed to be able to support such a great cause!” adds Goins.
Local media are welcome and encouraged to attend TriMark’s annual Angel Giving Tree company event at the Glenwood Avenue WalMart and Crabtree Valley Mall. For more information or to cover this event, please contact Randy Goins.

About the Salvation Army and the Angel Giving Tree Program
The Salvation Army was first started in 1879, with its first meeting held in Philadelphia. This group of religious Salvationists formed the church and organization that we know today. The Salvation Army has been serving the people of Wake County since 1887. They provide food for the hungry, companionship to the elderly and ill, clothing and shelter to the homeless, opportunities for underprivileged children, relief for disaster victims, assistance for the disabled, and many more services to assist those in need. The Salvation Army Angel Giving Tree program has helped thousands of children and families nationwide each Christmas since its inception. JCPenney provides the corporate sponsorship of the Angel Giving Tree program.
