Sources have revealed that the new project of Palm Jumeirah Dubai to be comprised of a hundred and ninety two pied-à-terre units, which, as per Nakheel, will definitely sell within no time. The Palm Jumeirah project will be known as the Palm Views.

Sources reveal that this would be one of the very few smaller projects that have been taken up by Nakheel, which has previously been known to work only on multi million dollar projects. The company reckons there is a palpable demand for housing units like these amongst youngsters which is why it is confident that it will be able to sell the units within no time. The construction on the project will begin by the end of 2012. As per some news reports, the development will cover a tiny patch of area and the units will be housed by two buildings. The development will be equipped with a state of the art fitness facility.
