Achievement recognizes Consilium's qualifications to sell, design, implement and support Cisco CVP solutions for distributed and centralized enterprise contact centers

This status recognizes Consilium as having fulfilled the program requirements to sell, deploy and support Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal solutions.
This emerging technologies program focuses on the growing contact center self-service marketplace, and empowers Consilium to provide customers with cost-effective, personalized voice self-service applications and the transparent transfer of information from voice self-service to agent-assisted service. To achieve the ATP-CVP designation, Consilium met Cisco's exacting training and knowledge validation requirements that equip the company to plan, design, implement and support Customer Voice Portal solutions within distributed and centralized enterprise contact centers.

To qualify for the Customer Voice Portal ATP certification, Consilium had to meet a number of requirements, from having staff that fulfill specific job responsibilities across Cisco sales, presales, implementation and support roles to building a lab for development and customer-fault replication.
