Toyota Launches an ‘eco Campaign’ of a Different Kind

To promote Fuel Efficient Diesel Engine Oil and Iridium Tough Spark Plug in all its models, Toyota is launching an ‘Eco Campaign’. The Eco Campaign will continue from December 21, 2009 to January 10, 2010

 

New Delhi, Delhi -- (SBWIRE) -- 12/24/2009 -- Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd. (TKM) today announced the launch of an ‘Eco Campaign’ − promoting Fuel Efficient Diesel Engine Oil and Iridium Tough Spark Plug in all related Toyota models − from December 21, 2009 to January 10, 2010.

Diesel Engine Oil
- Fuel Efficient: The special detergent additives not only clean the
engine parts but leave no ash in case of burning. Hence, negligible deposits
– reduced friction – improved fuel efficiency

- SOX Emission: Engine Oil 5W30 is manufactured using Group III
base oil which has less than Sulphur content, hence cuts down
acid formation and SO2

- COX Emission: Since 5W30 has low viscosity which causes less drag,
less power is required to overcome lubricant-to-surface friction, saving energy and resulting in less consumption of fuel. Reduced fuel
consumption or less fuel burning brings down the CO2 emission

Iridium Tough Spark Plug
- Iridium Ultra Fine Electrode: Ensures higher ignitability than normal plugs
- Ground Electrode with Platinum Tip: (i) Protects from wear and (ii) Gives longer life to plugs when compared to normal plugs
