The MaxXcel FP360 is a strength training aid that secures directly to the shaft of a Lacrosse stick to develop core muscles in the hand, wrist and forearm. Seibald is currently playing in the MLL with the Denver Outlaws, where he was named to the “Young Guns” All-star team in 2009. He also set a new MLL record in the “Hardest Shot” competition, hitting 110mph.
