The corporate scams and scandals that are happening unabated in present times can be attributed to the failure of modern management in giving proper direction to the field of business in maintaining its mutually beneficial relationship with society and other stakeholders. Business organizations have been questioned many times over the years for the seemingly lack of ethics in their operations, and recently the criticism has grown stronger.
