Set in the seaside of tranquil Hua Hin, you will explore and learn new tools to help balance your mind, body and spirit. We are bringing together three timeless holistic therapies of Ayurveda, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), and Meditation. Taught by three contemporary sages, Dimple Duangthip Arora, Shalini Yamdagni and KP Pantoomano respectively, the three days two nights retreat is about self discovery, releasing the old and renewing the self from the inside out. The retreat ensures that you return home with renewed energy, empowered with New Age holistic tools to help maintain the quintessential energy and harmony in your daily life.

Dimple Duangthip Arora
Dimple Duangthip Arora is a certified Diet and Nutrition Adviser from Stonebridge Associated Colleges, London (SAC, Dip.). She has completed advanced training in holistic studies from India. She has held numerous workshops and contributed to leading publications in the field of healthcare. She has authored the book “A New Age Manual for the New Mother, Postnatal and Beyond”, which was released earlier this year amidst a very positive response from the readers and media alike. She is currently a visiting consultant at TRIA Integrative Wellness of Piyavate Hospital, and liaises with schools and healthcare organizations as a nutrition consultant. Shalini J. Yamdagni
Shalini J. Yamdagni is an Advanced EFT practitioner and holds a degree Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Social Work. Having personally experienced physical ailment which confined her to bed rest, she sought alternative healing methods to help herself and discovered various energy healing techniques- Chakra Balancing, Chakra Diagnoses, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). She does individual EFT sessions and facilitates weekly Group EFT Sessions as well. Having worked with over 200 clients, Shalini has used EFT for various physical, emotional as well as performance issues like- headaches, back pains, acidity reflux, sports performance, fear of public speaking, grief, poor self image, anger, anxiety, grief and much more . Shalini has given talks at various social events in Bangkok on a variety of topics. She has also been featured in various local magazines and newspapers. KP Pantoomano
K.P. was born in Thailand then immigrated to the United States when he was twelve and lived there for thirty years. At the age of thirty-seven, a profound spiritual awakening occurred and transformed his life. Since then, he has dedicated his life to studying and understanding human consciousness through the practice of “Insight Meditation”. In Phoenix, Arizona he worked with individuals and small groups as a counselor and as a meditation teacher at a Buddhist temple. He is now living in Thailand.
