It will also improve water quality for the city, save energy, and reduce maintenance costs. North Augusta hopes the new Park and Ride will reduce their carbon footprint on the environment. "Through the voluntary action of ridesharing, the Park and Ride gives residents further opportunity to reduce mobile source emissions and improve air quality," said Prudential Beazley Real Estate.

This Park & Ride will be a great asset for employees who wish to save on fuel costs, especially for those who live near the area. Bergen Place West is located near the facility, providing residents an even more fuel-efficient commute.
