Entrepreneur Mike Valdrow launches the Organic Soy Sauce Co. to introduce a very different kind of soy sauce full of flavor thanks to the careful attention to detail Mike gives every small batch he produces.

Crowdfunding is sought to enable Mr. Valdrow to ramp up production so that he can produce his delicious soy sauce in larger quantities without sacrificing quality. With the funds raises, he will be able to purchase the equipment needed to make this happen including a commercial steam cooker, the construction of fermentation trays and the cabinets to hold them as well as sufficient funds to order the raw ingredients in bulk.

Barrels will also need to be purchased so as to allow this handcrafted soy sauce to age slowly and naturally to bring out the full flavor.
