In 2014, Prudential Beazley Real Estate saw a few of their cities receive special awards and recognitions. Included in that list was Grovetown who was named fifth safest city in the state of Georgia. "Real Estate information website, Movato Real Estate ranked 73 Georgia cities with a population over 10,000 and announced the top 10 safest. Grovetown was ranked fifth safest with a rating of 1:44," said Prudential Beazley Real Estate.

Last year was also exciting because Army Cyber Command operations were consolidated and relocated to the facilities at Fort Gordon. Thanks to Prudential Beazley Real Estate and their great builders, the new home communities of Southampton, Manchester at Diamond Lakes, The Retreat at Storm Branch, and Hayne's Station were there to welcome the influx of military personnel and their families to the area.

Prudential Beazley Real Estate also saw the opening and construction of several new phases among their neighborhoods. Gregg's Mill opened 51 new lots as well as a new resort style swimming pool. Willow Oak Village opened its third phase as well as walking trails. And in their fifth phase, Hayne's Station opened up 60 village lots.
