Medical Alert Company’s CEO Publicly Announces Internal Mistakes
San Francisco, CA -- (SBWIRE) -- 06/22/2015 -- TheBestCompanys.com's number one ranked medical alert system company, Medical Guardian, recently sent out a statement notifying their customers and consumers that Medical Guardian ran into a couple of issues that caused a "temporary decline in service to customers" when they introduced their new products, Classic Guardian and Premium Guardian, early in 2015.
The first issue was a three week back order in inventory which caused expected due dates to go way past due. The second issue was a longer wait times over the phone due to the learning curve for the agents when answering questions for the two new products. The longer hold time caused a lot of frustration with the customers.
Medical Guardian's team identified both issues immediately and tried resolving both to satisfy the customers wants and needs. Since then, both issues have been addressed and resolved.
"We strive every day to learn from our mistakes and grow as a company as our commitment to you is to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and engagement in our industry," Medical Guardian's CEO Geoff Gross said.
Medical Guardian customers found Medical Guardian's transparency to be a big reason to purchase and stay with their service. Hundreds of reviews praise the company's customer service and product.
Medical Guardian customer Nancy Wright's review said, "I fell once, soon after I got it and it was only a matter of seconds before someone called to make sure I was alright… I felt foolish, and yet very comforted to know that it really works! I am very thankful that I purchased Medical Guardian."
