The high-end equipment comes with support for 440V 60 Hz operation and optional 480V, 60 Hz support. The pressure washing systems can produce pressure levels of almost 2030 psi, temperatures levels of almost 175°F and flow rates of 1.4 GPM.

"Our no-exhaust 8825 electric power washers were produced for operations, such as those in food manufacturing and meal preparation, that can not allow combustion-based cleaning systems in their facilities," explains Daimer.com no-exhaust systems spokesman Matthew Baratta. "These new power washers provide added flow rates and pressure levels, without added prices because the units are enclosed in no-frills, no-rust, stainless coverings."

Electric Pressure Washers to 2030 psi

The Vapor-Flo® 8825 machines can clean in different modes designed to match the application. The machines provide two temperature options: cold mode for cleaning delicate surfaces and heated mode of 175°F. The new power washers come with heating capacities of 15.0 kW. The units heat with an exchange coil engineered from the highest tensile, no-rust steel.

The machines are equipped with institutionally-rated 3.0 HP motors. The 8825 electric pressure washers have pumps capable of pressure levels of 2030 psi, near the top level for the Vapor-Flo® line. As an option, Daimer® sells a variable pressure adjustment unit that lets users match the pressure level to the application. The 8600-class machines provide 1.4 GPM flow rates.

The 8825 electric pressure washers are sold with 440V power support. Daimer® also offers 480V support as an option. All 8825 power washers come with non-rusting steel enclosures.
