Daimer is now shipping its 7550 line of Vapor-Flo systems offering 130 bar in a 50Hz, 440V configuration for manufacturing applications in which fumes are a concern.

The advanced 7550 series of equipment offers the highest pressure levels to date in Daimer®'s 440V, 50 Hz line of power systems.

Stationary, Electric Power Washer Design
Daimer® is positioning the stationary/non-mobile case-design of the 7550 for cleaning machinery and processing equipment in fixed locations. Daimer® notes that its customers purchase these types of Vapor-Flo electric power washer systems for use in manufacturing, food processing and healthcare/medical environments.
For the 7550 line of electric power washer systems, Daimer® increased the pressure levels to 130 bar (1880 psi). The equipment employs a 2.0 HP, 440V, motor guaranteed by Daimer® for one year. Moreover, the new power washing machines utilize a direct drive pumping system guaranteed by Daimer® for as much as five years.
The machines offer flow rates of 2.3 LPM. The combination of pressure and flow offers cleaning power for more challenging jobs while minimizing water use and after-cleaning clean up.
In addition, the new systems match Daimer®'s highest 50 Hz temperature offerings in its line of pressure washer systems. The new units are capable of generating temperatures reaching 96.1°C. The electric power washer systems can also clean with pressurized, non-heated/cold water.
