Woburn, MA -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/09/2011 -- Daimer Industries®, an internationally-established provider of commercial gas pressure washers, has re-announced the availability of its fuel heated, electric powered Super Max™ 12860 line of equipment. Daimer® sells the machines with proprietary features ranging from extra-long hose support (LHT) to 3-temperature-mode cleaning to highly pressurized chemical infusion.

“The 12860 LHT machines provide Daimer®'s newest advancement that enables fuel heated gas pressure washers to provide grease-cutting steam to combustion-averse environments,” replied Daimer.com's PR manager Matthew Baratta. “The base units of each 12860 can be situated in combustion-safe areas and connected to a cleaning wand via a 100-yard hose – this means no fumes in customer areas and super hot, wet steam cleaning for greasy applications.”

Gas Pressure Washers that Support Extra Long Hoses

The 12860 offers 3 different temperature cleaning modes: non-heated, 220ºF heated water and 330ºF wet steam. The reintroduced gas pressure washers can be purchased in configurations that burn any of several fuels including diesel and kerosene. Regardless of the heating fuel, the equipment attains maximum hot temperatures in less than one minute. Every one of the 12860 models is outfitted with a 9 gallon heating tank.

The 12860 gas pressure washers come powered by a 230-volt electric motor that can attain 3000 psi of pressure. The 3-mode machines support as much as 5 GPM in water flow and require only one power cord.

Each of the new pressure washers comes with 50 feet of reinforced hose. However, Daimer®'s LHT pressure design means that users can attach hoses six times longer and clean facilities that otherwise could not allow a heated combustion system. Heated combustion is typically required to reach the high temperatures required for removing grease. The machines offer trailer-mounting when the wheels are taken off.
