Squat Bootcamp Hosted by Scott Tucker

Personal trainer Scott Tucker will host a military style squat focused bootcamp this October in Buffalo, NY. Fitness Life Stories will feature a preview of the squat bootcamp with bonus video featuring an interview of Tucker.

 

Buffalo, NY -- (SBWIRE) -- 09/10/2015 -- Healthy lifestyle blog Fitness Life Stories will preview Scott Tucker's "Squat Bootcamp for Beginners," happening in Buffalo, NY this October. The mission of the bootcamp will be to educate adults on how to safely execute a body weight squat and simple variations of the squat to build strong lean muscles.

"We love people to do muscle group isolation workout projects, they are so intense," says Brittany Heart, content manager for Fitness Life Stories. "When our readership goes from the couch to a regular workout routine and doesn't see huge results, they often search for a bootcamp to kick it up a notch. The squat bootcamp is one of the best workouts for getting visual results in short period of time."

Protein packs and sports drinks will be provided by Tucker and his fitness team training assistants as needed throughout the week long bootcamp. All assistants present at the bootcamp will be certified in CPR and trained to deal with heat related illnesses or exercise related injuries.

"This is going to be an excellent camp, I've been working on the training for months," says Tucker. "When it comes time for the camp, I will communicate my expectations and goals for each participant individually so we are all on the same page. The methods I use to train during a bootcamp always produce results in the most safe and supportive way."

Fitness Life Stories will preview "Squat Bootcamp for Beginners" in October. The website will focus on projected results from the bootcamp, and interview Tucker about the project. Registration will be available on Tucker's website next month.
