In ten short years, two lionfish are responsible for overwhelming the Atlantic Ocean from Massachusetts to Argentina and throughout the Gulf of Mexico. A single Lionfish can produce over two million eggs per year and eat over four hundred thousand reef fish per acre per year. These are some staggering numbers that affect our oceans in a dramatic fashion.
