- Gift of Smiles is a free dental day held February 19th at our Pacific Northwest dental offices

Smiles Dental announced today they will be holding a Free Dental Day at each of their locations during their annual Gift of Smiles effort. Residents of the area are able to call in the day prior to the event to schedule a one hour appointment for either a cleaning or restorative dental work. Restorative work includes fillings, extractions, or anything that can be done in one hour that does not require additional labs.

"Our annual Gift of Smiles effort is one that our dental family has committed to, as a function of our mission of having a Positive Impact in our communities for many years. It is a wonderful day of service in which we experience the immediate and tangible rewards of serving those in pain or who otherwise would not have access to regular dental care," explains Ann Lucas, Director of Operations.

Below is a list of each of the locations participating in Gift of Smiles. Most offices are hosting the effort on Friday, February 19th. The Riddle and Roseburg offices are hosting their effort on Friday, February 26th and the Salem office is hosting Gift of Smiles on Saturday, February 27th. For each office, appointments must be made by phone the day before; phone lines open at 8:00am.

Last year our Smiles Dental locations combined, donated over $150,000 in free dental services and served 350 patients. The company has given over $585, 000 during Gift of Smiles since its inception.
