Solar Light Continues to Offer Radiometers and Sensors

Glenside, PA -- (SBWIRE) -- 11/06/2015 -- Since 1967, Solar Light has developed light sources, light measurement systems, atmospheric monitoring equipment and OEM products to facilitate solar radiation research for technological innovation and product development. The company is proud to announce its continued innovation and manufacture of radiometers and sensors for research and development purposes.

Solar Light's radiometers are designed to make research involving light measurement as simple and streamlined as possible for customers. Their PMA2100 datalogging radiometer is a research-grade, handheld device designed for use with over 35 different detectors for the measurement of UVA, UVB, UVC, visible and IR light. This small but powerful UV meter comes with data logging and organizer software that allows users to add new sensors and measure different kinds of light without switching to a different meter.

Solar Light also offers the PMA2200 single input radiometer. This radiometer can be used with any UV sensor sold by Solar Light. The single input design is streamlined and allows users to interchange detectors at will.

In addition to radiometers, Solar Light offers several models of sensors. These sensors fall under a range of different categories according to the type of irradiance measurement each is intended for, Solar Light's sensors can be used for measurement of UV, UVA, UVB, UVA + UVB, UVC, Visible, Infrared and Full Spectrum light. They can also be used to measure photostability, temperature and custom wavelengths. These sensors have a wide range of applications, including lamp radiance measurement, UV curing, printing, photolithography and laboratory and industrial radiometry.
