The Club at Mediterra Named Community of the Year for 10th Time at the Sand Dollar Awards Gala

Collier Building Industry Association’s Sales & Marketing Council Honors Naples Country Club Community

Naples, FL -- (SBWIRE) -- 10/18/2016 -- Each year the Collier Building Industry Association's Sales & Marketing Council hosts a gala known as the Sand Dollar Awards to recognize excellence in building, development, landscape, interior design, remodeling, commercial design, advertising, marketing, and sales. Recently the judging panel, a group comprised of industry experts, recognized The Club at Mediterra with an unprecedented 10th Community of the Year award. The honor was bestowed after careful evaluation of the 1,700-acre community's amenities, neighborhoods tucked into nature preserves, parks, lakes, and formal European garden. In addition to the community of the year recognition, two homes of Mediterra accumulated five Sand Dollar awards: The Belita garnered the Product Design and Interior Design of the Year honors in the $2,500,001 to $2.75 million category. Meanwhile, the Isabella Two-Story received product and interior design awards for homes prices from $3,000,001 to $3.25 million and Best Pool Design over $50,000.

Earning the design awards for the pair of luxury single-family model homes were London Bay Homes, Romanza Interior Design, and Acquatico Pools. Overall, the Sand Dollar Awards proved to be very beneficial for the Naples-based county club community.

"It is always gratifying to be honored by the prestigious Collier Building Industry Association, and this year is no different. To receive our 10th Community of the Year award is a huge honor, and we are immensely grateful for the recognition, commented Max Passino, Director of Marketing and Membership.
