Clinton, MO -- (SBWIRE) -- 07/29/2019 -- Schatz picked up $20,000 for his win in the nonstop, 30-lap Summer Nationals event. "It's been a long time since we've been standing out here," Schatz said in Victory Lane.

Schatz started third, and took the lead from current Outlaw point leader Brad Sweet on the 10th lap. He went on to best Sheldon Haudenschild for the victory. Sweet finished third, with Daryn Pittman and David Gravel in the top five. Rounding out the top 10 were Lance Dewease, Danny Dietrich, Ian Madsen, Freddie Rahmer and Carson Macedo.

In Friday's 410 sprint 25-lap feature, Tim Shaffer raced to the $8,000 victory, leading the entire distance. Shaffer, who at times has raced as an Outlaw regular, as well as a member of the local circuit, is racing as a true independent this year, so neither the Outlaws, nor the Pennsylvania Posse could claim the victory.
